To choose ManyCam as the audio source, open "Options" (Main menu - Tools - Options...) and then click on the "Audio Settings" menu item. Select "ManyCam Virtual Microphone" in the "Microphone" dropdown list.

In Skype, open "Options" (Main menu - Tools - Options...) and then click on the "Video Settings" menu item. Select "ManyCam Virtual Webcam".
